How will copeland.com be improved? Why this change?

The new copeland.com and sensi.copeland.com websites will look very much the same as our current websites. Customers will need to RESET their password as this is a new underlying web technology. The site will use a Single Sign On technology which will eventually begin to allow users to have 1 username/password for Copeland digital experiences.

Will it be adapted in my language? Can I change the language I am viewing?

The same translated experiences available today will be available after launch. Customers can select their locale (country/language pairing).

Will my account change? Will I need to change my password?

You will have to reset your password on your first visit. We will communicate the change & instructions via email.

Will my purchase process change?

The purchasing process will remain the same as it is today.

How will this change impact my data privacy?

There are no changes to data privacy. You may need to reset your OneTrust cookie consent.

What do I need to do?

You will receive instructions via email, from Copeland, alternatively follow these four simple steps:

Step 1: Verify your account by entering your email address to receive a verification code

Step 2: Enter the verification code received to your inbox and select VERIFY CODE 

Step 3: Complete the process by entering a new password as prompted and select CONTINUE

Step 4: You will be prompted to login using this new password during your visit

What if I did not receive any communication from Copeland? Where can I find the link to change my password?

You will receive an email from @copeland.com.You should check your spam folder and add @copeland.com to your contacts.

Alternatively, you may feel free to go to the sign-in page and use the “forgot password” option. This will also reset your password on the new site.

Can I order any product on the website?

Your experience from an order perspective is that you’ll continue to have visibility to the same product catalogue.

What if I did not update my account before November 25th 2024?

You won’t be able to login until you change your password. You will receive an email to let you know you didn’t change your password. That email will explain the impact.

Will I still have access to my historical orders?

Yes, your order history should be available for the past year.

Is the payments/invoice process being changed?

No, payments/invoicing systems have not changed.

Is the delivery method changing? Do I need to update my shipping addresses?

Shipping preferences will remain the same.
