Darel Callis
Chief Operating Officer
Darel Callis joined Copeland in May 2024 as its chief operating officer, bringing 30 years of experience in global operations and supply chain management. Throughout his career, he has led advanced manufacturing processes, promoted continuous improvement initiatives and prioritized environmental, health and safety leadership to deliver measurable results.
He joined Copeland from TE Connectivity, where he served as segment vice president of global operations. Before his work at TE Connectivity, Darel held similar roles in operations at Sequa Automotive Group as vice president of global operations and at Federal-Mogul Corporation, where he held various operational leadership roles. Darel has lived and worked in various United States locations, China and Europe.
Darel holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
