Safety is a shared responsibility and a core part of who we are. Guided by a belief that zero incidents are achievable, we’ve developed world-class safety programs that empower colleagues to take ownership of their well-being and support the safety of each other.

From our prevention measures to comprehensive training workshops, we integrate proactive hazard management into every operation. These initiatives, along with advanced data insights, allow us to track, analyze and continually improve safety outcomes. With a total recordable rate (TRR) that’s three times better than the industry average, our commitment to safety leads to tangible success while protecting our most valuable asset—our people.

Supporting our colleagues

We are dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where our
colleagues can excel professionally and personally. Our initiatives, including the
Colleague Assistance Program and the Vitality wellness platform, underscore our
commitment to well-being. In addition, ongoing development opportunities such as
the SkillsHub learning for all platform empower every individual to take ownership
of their growth and contribute meaningfully to Copeland’s long-term success.

Our Shared Ownership Program offers all colleagues the opportunity to benefit from
the company’s growth following a liquidity event. This program reinforces our
commitment to long-term sustainability, fosters an ownership mindset and ensures
that every colleague shares in the pride and success they help create.

Making a difference in our communities

We believe making a meaningful impact requires more than financial contributions. Through our Mobile Science & Computer Laboratory initiative, we extended STEM education to 40 underserved schools in India during FY2024, reaching 2,800 students in grades 5-7.

Building on this success, we launched Inspiring Horizons, our unified global framework that amplifies social impact through colleague volunteering. This program empowers our global workforce to engage directly with underserved and underrepresented communities, driving sustainable, long-term change. Our vision is clear—to engage 20% of our workforce in volunteering activities, with a bold ambition to grow participation to 50%.
