Jagadish Keswani became Copeland’s president, India, Middle East and Africa in September 2024. He brings 35 years of HVAC and controls industry experience to Copeland, with the entirety of his career to date spent in the India, Middle East and Africa regions. He has built a reputation for driving exceptional business outcomes and consistently exceeding growth and profitability expectations in P&L management. 

Throughout his career, Jagadish has held senior leadership roles with global industry leaders like Johnson Controls and Ingersoll Rand, where he honed his expertise in sales, operations and customer lifecycle management across diverse markets in India, Asia and the Middle East. He has deep domain expertise in building technologies for commercial, residential and industrial buildings for both systems and solutions. 

Jagadish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mumbai University.
