John Schneider

John Schneider leverages over 30 years of industry experience in driving innovation and market growth and in addressing the rising demand for sustainable and energy-efficient climate technologies as president, Americas for Copeland. He assumed his current role in August 2022 supporting Copeland’s transition to an independent company under Blackstone. 

John’s career spans numerous executive leadership positions, including president of Emerson’s sensing and protection business, senior vice president of global thermal management and solutions for Vertiv and vice president, marketing for Emerson Climate Technologies where he deepened his expertise in HVACR technologies, marketing and product management. Early in his career, he developed a strong foundation in product development and brand management at Procter & Gamble and Kao USA Inc.

John holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.
