Stuart Dalgleish
Chief Human Resources Officer

Stuart Dalgleish joined Copeland in November 2023 and is responsible for the delivery of Copeland’s global people strategy. He is passionate about improving business performance through unlocking the potential of people to achieve extraordinary results. 

Before joining Copeland, Stuart was chief human resources officer at Howden, a leading gas and air handling technology and solutions business owned by private-equity until being acquired by Chart Industries in 2023. Prior to joining Howden, Stuart was chief people officer of Hive, one of Europe’s leading smart home providers. He previously held various roles in human resources and business leadership for Centrica, Talisman Energy, ConocoPhillips and National Air Traffic Services throughout the United Kingdom and in the United States, Canada and China. 

Stuart is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an alumnus of London Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Napier University in Edinburgh.
