Tracy Reiter brings over 20 years of expertise in business and functional optimization to Copeland as its chief transformation and sustainability officer, a role she has held since October 2023. She has a proven track record of aligning business strategy with functional strategy to drive value creation. Tracy is highly execution-oriented and passionate about business transformation enabled by thoughtful change management. 

Tracy has curated a unique set of experiences that have positioned her to lead Copeland’s global business transformation and sustainability efforts, ensuring clear alignment between strategy and execution. She oversees key functions including global business services, information technology, data analytics, communications, marketing, program management and sustainability.

Tracy's previous roles include leadership positions across multiple operating units within Emerson, where she served in roles including platform CIO, vice president of digital, planning and marketing, and corporate group information security officer. Earlier in her career, Tracy held senior roles at Gartner, earning recognition for outstanding client relationship management, and at Ernst & Young, specializing in global risk management and cyber security.

Tracy holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Tulsa, and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University.
