S102: Social Buttons Inline
Series of social buttons featured toward the bottom of the page to encourage users to connect with a brand’s social media channels.
Component Detail
The Social Buttons Inline component is available to be placed on Brand page layout for brands that have a strong social networking presence, or for other pages where external links to social networking makes sense. Each row can contain up to four icons and a max of 8 per two rows. Ideally placed towards the bottom of a page.
Interaction
CTAs allow user to go to a branded social network page.
Design Example
Use strictly for promoting external links to social media/social networking presence.
Ideally, extended sites should use the footer for its social links instead of this component.
