Sandro Matic
President, Europe
Sandro Matic was appointed president, Europe for Copeland in June 2023 following Copeland’s transition to an independent entity under Blackstone. He brings more than 15 years of international experience in operations, supply chain management, product development, market expansion and strategic planning.
Prior to this, he held several senior roles at Emerson, including president of climate technologies Europe, vice president of product management & operations and vice president of operations & supply chain. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the company’s growth and transformation across multiple functions and regions.
Sandro holds a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
